L & L website is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected. When you book an appointment online, email us or call us: name, email address, your answers to the booking form (for example your business and your project) and the content of your messages. This information is used solely to respond to your request, organize our conversations and prepare a quote.

Legal basis. Your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients & processors. The website no longer has a contact form relayed by a third-party service. Two providers are involved when you get in touch with us:

• Cal.com: online booking goes through a Cal.com calendar embedded in the Book a call page. The data you enter there (name, email, answers to the form) is processed by Cal.com to organize the appointment and pass it on to us. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• Google Meet: our video calls take place on Google Meet, and the link is sent to you with the confirmation. By joining the call, you use this Google service under its own privacy policy.

No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period. Exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, before being deleted.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@llwebsite.fr. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party audience measurement.

Visit statistics. To count visits, we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on our own server (self-hosted). With no cookies and no tracking from one website to another, it produces overall figures (page views, referring site, device type, country). This data stays with us and is shared with no one.

Local storage. Only the browser's local storage (localStorage) is used, solely to remember your language preference (French or English). While the tab is open, the browser also keeps the cursor position (sessionStorage) so it carries over from one page to the next. No personal data is stored there and nothing is sent to any third party.

Fonts. The website's fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is made to Google Fonts, and your IP address is not sent to Google when you browse the website.

Booking calendar. On the Book a call page only, the Cal.com calendar is loaded from Cal.com's servers (see section 4).

L & L website strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot be held liable for errors, temporary unavailability of the website, or any damage resulting from its use. We accept no liability for the content of external links.
